How do I build my portal?
Upload the pitch deck you already have. The portal writes your story, market, terms and team from it, each section a draft with your name on it. Read it over, put your files in the data room, and go live.
How long does it take to go live?
The same day. Upload the deck, read the drafts, go live. Every visit, download and signature lands in the same place from the first investor on.
Can I change the portal after it is live?
Yes. Click any line and type. Investors see the new version the moment you save.
Can I keep my portal private?
Yes, with one switch: listed for verified investors to find, or only for the people you sent it to. For the investors you invite yourself there is a short access key, and a QR code puts it on a phone from a slide.
Does the portal show Deal Box branding?
No. Your portal carries your logo and your colours. Investors see your company, not ours.
How do investors sign?
Where they read. The NDA, the subscription agreement and the receipt are sent, signed and filed inside the portal. No DocuSign, and no PDF going back and forth by email.
